The iPhone is a feature packed MP3 player that takes the iPod and adds lots of nice new features which makes using an old iPod seem decidedly prehistoric!
For a start the iPhone uses a touch screen which enables you to flick through your songs by actually touching them on the screen. The widescreen also makes it a pleasure viewing your cover art and there is a new Cover Flow feature that dramatically improves the way you scroll through your albums. Album covers are shown in a 3D environment and lets you see several album covers at either side of the album cover that you are viewing so that you can easily scroll to the album that you wish to listen too. The Cover Flow feature is new to the iPhone and so is not found on any of the old iPods.
The iPhone also has an incredible sound quality and maintains the digital sound that you know and love. It is also easy to get music on your iPhone as it is fully compatible with the iTunes software and so you can sync your favourite albums and tracks onto your iPhone in no time.
The amount of music that you can store on your iPhone is dictated by the amount
of memory that it has and the amount of other files that you have stored
on your iPhone as files such as digital photos and videos can take up quite
allot of memory. The iPhone is available in 16GB and 32GB models and so
they can both store a good amount of music and other digital media.
