The iPhone is now available on Pay As You Go Deals from networks such as Orange, Vodafone and O2 although the contract deals are cheaper. This is because the iPhone is a very valuable item and the contract deals subsidise this and so you can expect to pay quite allot for a pay as you go iPhone.
If you are a very light mobile phone user though the Pay As You Go option may be worth considering as you are not tied to any monthly payments and you only pay for what you use. So a Pay As You Go deal is ideal if you rarely make mobile phone calls but want the super cool iPhone with all of it's other great features.
